What’s the difference between Pangasinan and Pangasinense?

Pangasinense refers to the people
Pangalatok – is a shortened Iloko word for Ilocano immigrants which means “pangpang nga balitok” according to some Ilocano oral tradition. And some people say especially the old ones, Pangalatok means Pangasinense ya katok (Crazy) so they don’t want to use or be called Pangalatok.
