Officially launched on May 1, 2014, Bloom Binmaley is a tourism program developed and designed by the team of Mrs. Josie Victorio, the appointed tourism consultant of the Municipality of Binmaley, Pangasinan.
The objective of the project is well represented by its name. Like flowers, BLOOM BINMALEY aims to produce new approaches and facilitate fusion of ideas to promote the Municipality of Binmaley as a stop-over and excursion destination of Pangasinan supplementing the current offers of its neighbouring municipalities and cities. It also aims to attract as many excursionists as possible with the intent of making its initial visitors its means to broadcast what Binmaley has to offer.
